Ken Neumann, Ph.D.
Ken Neumann is family mediator, mediation trainer and founder of the Center for Mediation & Training. Ken is trained as both a family therapist and as a Clinical School Psychologist. He has been working with parents and children going through the divorce process for over 35 years. Ken is a founding board member of the Academy of Professional Mediators and a founding member and past president of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.
Donna Petrucelli, Esq.
Donna Petrucelli is a founding member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and a Co-Director of the Center for Mediation & Training. She has been a professional negotiator for over 20 years, having honed her skills as a medical malpractice defense litigator, general counsel to a large not-for-profit, and employment lawyer.
Monica Roquitte, LCSW, CDFA
Monica Roquitte is a divorce mediator and psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience. Monica also has extensive training in personal financial planning and holds the designation of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA). Monica is a founding member of Team Mediation and regularly collaborates with other divorce professionals. Monica has earned an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MSW from New York University.
Ana-Lisa Gertner is an experienced Family and Divorce Mediator with a Life Coaching Certificate from NYU. Ana-Lisa believes each person and situation is unique, and deserves thoughtful attention so that a customized solution can be found. Ana-Lisa has a BA from the American College in London, and a Masters of Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster in London.
Cynthia Green, LCSW
Cynthia Green, is a psychotherapist and divorce mediator in Manhattan. She primarily sees couples for premarital work as well as couples who are married. In her work, she takes a collaborative approach encouraging self direction and independence. Whether people want to stay together, separate and divorce, or if they are not sure whether to stay or go, Cindy helps them find their way to the best decision for their family.
Max Markin, MSEd
Max Markin is a mediator, counselor, and Assistant Director of the Center for Mediation & Training. He coordinates the Center’s free and low fee mediation service, and facilitates “Banana Splits” support groups for children experiencing parental separation. Max earned his Master’s in school and mental health counseling from Brooklyn College and studied dispute resolution at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
